Traveling with friends has always been enriching. Belgium trip with ET was definitely something worth remembering. When touring Europe, you will probably not stop over at Belgium. Prior to visiting Belgium, I was skeptical about how interesting this country can be. However, this mindset was changed since I stepped into this culturally rich metropolis. It may not be the top tourist spot as compared to London or Paris, but there is uniqueness embedded in there. On one side, you can find historical artifacts which have undergone the story of time. On the other hand, you can see skyscrapers representing post-modernity.

It's been a while. A brief hiatus. The past semester was real hectic. Glad that it's finally over. So here I am now, in Netherlands, for the next 5 months. Good getaway from the fast-paced system back home. I guess we all need short breaks every now and then.

It was a 1st time flying such a long journey alone. 13hours of flight time. Plus 2hours of transit time.

I would say it was a long long journey to my place. The train system in Netherlands is pretty cool. And I admire the person who came up with the train schedule. So many diff kinds of trains going to diff areas.

This is the city centre on a Sunday. Dead town. Shops here close at 6pm everyday.

Luckily there's H&M here in this small town. Makes shopping more delightful =)

Last week marked the end of our sophomore year! Time passes by like a bullet train. Haha. Anyhows, we went to JB for some cheap thrill! Our main motive was to catch a movie which cost S$5? Hahahaha.

10 years ago we were just sec 1! Now we're almost gonna graduate. I feel O.L.D. Its been abt 5 years since we last met up with Miss Low.

Its a funny feeling to see everyone growing up together. Haha. I can't comprehend this feeling, but its a good funny feeling.

This was at the temple beside the royal palace. Wanted to take the statue but it was too huge.

Day 2 was shopping time! The malls in BKK are like 10 times bigger than those in Singapore. And you can take up to a few hours to complete 1 entire building. Talk about big. And we just spent 1 whole day shopping all the major malls in BKK.

3 of us - Same pri sch, same sec sch & now same uni. Haha Old friends indeed. Its amazing to see how friends change over the years. And secondary school life made up a huge part of my life. I guess without that part of my life, I wouldn't be where I am now.

About 2wks ago was over beloved Amber's 21st bdae. And she had her party over at Essential Brew @ Holland V.

The place was pretty nice. And the food they served was good!

ET & I specially prepared a song for her. Very stressed to sing in front of so many people can. I nearly died. Lol
